Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards and cash. When paying in cash, you may pay in Croatian Kuna, Euros, or US Dollars.
Payment Policy
When you make a reservation online, your deposit is due at the time you make your reservation. The balance is due on arrival. 13% VAT tax is collected on all services.
Deposit Policy
A deposit is due when you make your reservation. The deposit amount is equal to the rate for the first night of your stay. Your deposit will be applied to your first night’s stay. Deposits are non-refundable.
Reservation Changes
There is no fee to change your reservation. You may change your reservation dates, contact information, or reservation notes online using the link provided in your confirmation email. If you don’t have your confirmation email you may call us at 385-99-8518-911 (Croatia) or 253-222-9767 (USA) or email marina@marinasbythesea.com.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation, the amount you paid for your deposit is non-refundable.
Check-In, Check-Out
Check-in time is 4 pm; check-out time is 11 am.
No Show Policy
If you do not arrive by 7 pm on the first day of your reservation, subsequent dates of your reservation may be canceled. Please let us know if you expect to arrive after 7 pm.
